Goals...

Okay I lost sight of my Aprils goals. So I'm going to try this again just setting weekly goals. It's Tuesday but here's this weeks goals!


  • drink only water
  • work out four days
  • go walking at least once
  • cut back on bread and taters
Maybe if I do little weekly goals I'll focus on them more....I don't know if mini goals like this is going to work for me. Seems the more I try to focus on little things like this the harder it is to accomplish. We will see I guess.

At this point I'm still pretty happy with my weight loss...because there is still a loss happening. I know I need to get back into working out like I was in the beginning though. I've tried tracking it and the more I try to force myself the more I DON'T go. I think I just need to relax and allow myself to go at will like I was before. 

What do you do to get out of a workout slump?

And now is tomorrow...

  1. Great goals Amanda :) I hope it goes well! As for the workout slump, are you able to try out something new? I break out a new workout DVD when I am feeling the exercise blahs and it provides me just enough interest to get me going again :)

  2. It's hard when everything seems the same. If you belong to a gym, try a new flash, I find the weights classes to be fun.

    Personally, I have to register for a new race, keeps me running!

  3. I think I set another goal.....it just hit me iset a ton of goals...hmmmmm. You know I never did well with weekly goals either. I had always goals, like work out six days and then goals like work up to running a mile or whatever. Something to strive for and I set a schedule. But I don't like weekly goals either....huh now you really got me thinking.
